Creation Declares the Glory of God

All of creation declares the glory of God — Scripture makes that clear…

“For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made.” — Romans 1:20

“The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.” — Psalm 19:1

But how often do we just go through the motions without once marveling at the beauty around us? How often do we stop and consider the majesty of God in little things?

One woman spent an entire school year photographing the majesty of God’s creation in a simple field. She put 180 days of photographs together in a video that clearly illustrates the beauty of God’s creation. Visit her post here, and be sure to go to the bottom of the post to view her video. It may change the way you look at the world.

One Response to Creation Declares the Glory of God

  1. Ross Martin says:

Thank you for this post. I have lived many years just going through the motions, as you noted. Now, as a photographer myself, I hope to be more intentional at seeing and savoring the glory of God in creation, and sharing those images with others through my blog in hopes they may be moved to a moment of worship.
